The Retail, Food, & Beverage Manager is a multi-faceted position that includes operational leadership, inventory management, sales planning, forecasting, merchandising, and contract negotiations. Person must be able to manage all of the staff in gift and food areas, equipment, and inventories and ensure operational efficiency in gift and food areas.
