Team Member Employee Resource Group

Ruby Falls proudly supports Team Lookout, a team-member led, allyship volunteer group with the mission of “championing our differences while providing an equal and respectful workplace.” Team Lookout members cultivate a sense of employee belonging, visibility, and cultural understanding as they network with peers, participate in presentations to expand understanding of experiences different from their own, acquire new skills, build leadership capabilities, and develop their careers.

Ruby Falls elevates the voices and stories of team members, guests, and our communities by celebrating affinity months and cultural moments. We amplify belonging efforts on our social media channels, in team newsletters and by supporting community organizations with social impact financial contributions and in-kind donations.
